Hello! I would like to cancel my subscription as I moved to another country. I saw this instruction of how to do that online here:

However, my number is kinda blocked and I can not see the "END NUMBER" option under PAYMENT HOD on my page. Could you help me?
Also, I already payed 99kr for October ... will it be possible to get a refund?
